My Current Express Favorites + Black Friday Deals

You know I love a store when I bring the blog out of hiatus to write about it. BUT with Black Friday sales this good – it’s worth it! I have been partnering with Express since May and at this point, they’re all I wear. They offer great basics (especially for all you babes shopping business casual), plus they’re incredibly affordable when you shop them on sale. Whether you shop on Black Friday or not (I don’t!), you can bookmark these pieces for later – Express has amazing deals alllll the time. For Black Friday, EVERYTHING at Express is 50% off + there’s free shipping! I’ll share my tried and true favorite outfits below – if you’ve ever wanted to shop them, now’s a great time.

Navy pants ($40) / Chenille Sweater ($40)

Now that I’m officially in the land of adulthood, business casual pieces that I can style during the week and on weekends are all I reach for. I went to Washington, D.C. for a conference in October, and this business casual outfit was perfect – it took me from conference sessions to exploring the city!

Graphic Tee ($10) / Blazer ($54)

Styling a graphic tee with a blazer is one of my favorite ways to make a business look casual for the weekend. I honestly wear this blazer all the time – it is SO cozy and feels more like a comfy cardigan than a stiff blazer. I also love how encouraging this tee is. Nothing says positivity like a shirt that uplifts everyone who sees it!

Mock Neck Sweater ($30) / High-Waisted Light Wash Jeans ($88)

Cowl Neck Sweater ($35) / Leopard Skirt ($30)

I’m 100% an outfit repeater… and I. Am. Not. Ashamed. Especially when it comes to clothing that’s as comfy as this sweater! I picked this up last Friday… and I’ve worn it 3 or 4 times since then. It’s so cozy and pairs just as well with fabric pants as it does cute skirts like this one.

Rainbow Sweater Halter Top ($20)

If you love color, you would LOVE this top. It’s a thick sweater material, and because it’s a halter, I’ve been layering it with this denim jacket (shoutout to my mom’s closet for this). In the summer, I’m gonna wear this over swimsuits and with my favorite high-waisted jean shorts. SO cute and fun.

Striped Sweater ($40)

Downtown Cami ($20) / Side Stripe Cropped Jeans ($50)

Something I wear at least once a week: the downtown cami. I have one in five (!!) colors and pair them with everything, from blazers to cardigans to sweaters. These are such great quality and I can tell they’re going to be a base for my workwear wardrobe. If you’re looking to stock up on some great basics, make sure to grab them while they’re on sale!

Velvet Downtown Cami ($20) / Olive Paperbag Pants ($50)

Downtown Cami ($20) / High-Waisted Shorts ($30)

If you’re in need of denim shorts, run—don’t walk—to grab these. This is such a steal for these shorts! I wore these all the time this summer and can’t wait to break them back out in the spring. And, of course, the downtown cami is making another appearance. I am obsessed.

Are you shopping for anything this Black Friday?! I’ll be on the road all day—first from Louisiana to Birmingham, then back to Auburn—so the most I’ll do is scroll a few sites to see if there’s anything I want to pick up. For now, though, I’m going to enjoy some relaxation with my family as we celebrate Thanksgiving!

Happy happy Thanksgiving, y’all!
