It’s official: I’m on the bodysuit train. I’ve always wanted to be the girl wearing a bodysuit: wrinkle-free! sleek! chic! BUT I didn’t know where to start… until I found this bodysuit from Express. A black one is the perfect starting place & today I’m giving some ideas on how to style a bodysuit!
If you haven’t noticed, I love sharing how to style one piece in three ways. My go-to rule when purchasing clothing is thinking of three unique outfit combinations. This helps me be intentional with how I spend money AND it’s so much better for the environment to not buy clothing you ultimately won’t wear!

This is such a classic look: black bodysuit, jeans, jacket. SO simple but always a winner in my eyes!! I’ve worn this look in a few different ways before with a black tee, and I absolutely love it with a bodysuit. No more tugging or re-tucking!

This definitely isn’t everyone’s cup of tea BUT if you’re a fan of business casual, this is a must-try. I paired my black bodysuit with black pants to create a monochrome look – super similar to a jumpsuit. I added my trusty gray blazer to break up the textures and colors, but this would be such a fun look with a bright colored jacket or even a brown suede jacket.
